As part of its ongoing Regular Gift-Giving Program conducted in various communities, SNS Security Agency recently held a meaningful outreach activity in Virac, Catanduanes. The initiative reflects the agency’s continuing commitment to social responsibility and community care beyond its core security services. During the activity, free medicines were distributed to senior citizens to support their health and well-being. Gifts were also given to children, bringing joy and encouragement to the young members of the community. In addition, a feeding activity was conducted, providing warm meals and fostering a spirit of unity and compassion among residents. Led by the management and supported by security personnel, the outreach program demonstrates SNS Security Agency’s dedication not only to ensuring safety and protection, but also to uplifting lives and strengthening communities wherever it serves.

As part of its commitment to honoring dedication and years of faithful service, SNS Security Agency proudly conducted an Appreciation and Recognition Program at its main office to recognize a retiring security guard. The activity highlighted the agency’s deep respect for professionalism, loyalty, and commitment within the security industry. During the program, an Appreciation Certificate was formally awarded as a symbol of gratitude for the retiree’s invaluable contribution to maintaining safety, discipline, and order throughout their years of service. The event was attended by the management and security personnel, reflecting SNS Security Agency’s strong culture of respect, unity, and appreciation for its people.
Gold Cup Shooters Club – Indoor Shooting Range (September 6, 2025 and October 3, 2026)
Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to excellence and public safety, SNS Security Agency successfully conducted a Marksmanship Training Program at the Gold Cup Shooters Club Indoor Shooting Range. The program was designed to sharpen firearm proficiency, reinforce safety discipline, and elevate the operational readiness of its security personnel. The training was attended by the management and all security personnel, underscoring the agency’s unified approach to professionalism and continuous development. Through hands-on drills and structured instruction, participants strengthened their marksmanship fundamentals, firearm handling skills, and situational awareness—ensuring reliable, confident, and responsible armed security services for clients.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATION (CSR) SEMINAR AT TWIN OAKS PLACE
Mandaluyong City, Philippines (June 30 to July 1, 2024): In a move to redefine customer service within the security industry, SNS Security Agency recently concluded a two-day Customer Service Relations (CSR) seminar for Twin Oaks Place Condominium Corporation. Led by esteemed Retired Colonel Ronaldo Bautista Unay, the seminar aimed to equip security personnel with the skills and knowledge necessary to create positive and memorable experiences for tenants and customers alike. The seminar, attended by the management, staff, and security personnel of Twin Oaks Place Condominium Corporation, delved into the nuances of customer interaction, emphasizing the importance of building trust, fostering loyalty, and consistently providing outstanding service.
